There is an option available in ePOST website to recharge the ePOST User account. (Operator User login> Services>Recharge prepaid User) The customer will provide the Reference Id. After entering the id in website, the PO user have to click on search button. If the reference id is correct, the system will show the customer details.Then you can proceed to collect the recharge amount from the customer(Minimum : Rs. 100/- Only Multiples of 100 is allowed) and credit it to ePOST Head. After that you have to enter the amount received from the customer to ePOST website and click on recharge button

steps should be ensured before taking print outs of ePOST messages
The following steps should be ensured before taking print outs of ePOST messages.Hence the below given instructions should be circulated to all ePOST enabled POs under your division.
1. Use Mozilla Firefox version 17.0 or above.(Avoid using Internet explorer).
2. Enable Java script from settings option.
3. All the Fonts provided by NIC should be installed in the system that is used for taking print outs.
4. Select the appropriate message type(Corporate bulk/PO PDF/PO Scan, etc) before click on check box for printing.
5. Select(Tick in check box) single message only for printing PO PDF type messages,else blank messages will be displayed.
6. After clicking on Print button(Red Color),a Print Menu and a dialogue box will be displayed simultaneously. The input(OK/Cancel) should be given to the
status update dialogue box immediately after clicking on OK in Print menu.else the status will not be updated.

HOW TO TAKE PRINTOUT OF AN E-POST MESSAGE
Now e-Post facility is being extending to all post offices.Here is a brief explanation about the printing of epost messages .
Step 1.Login to e-post website (www.indiapost.nic.in ) using the userid and password provided to each office
Step2.
If e-post messages are pending for printing,the total number to be printed will be displayed below the option "NOT PRINTED TILL DATE" as displayed in the screen shot below.Click on the total number displayed
Step3.
Now a new window will open
Here you can see Delivery post office name,pincode and number of messages.Click on the "Delivery Post office name"
Step4.In the next screen details of the e-Post messages will appear,select the message to be printed and click on print option
Step5.
Now a new window will open,here you can see the details of the selected message .Click on print now option.
Step6.
In the next screen you will be asked to select the printer .Select the printer and click on ok option.
Step7
If the message printed properly ,select yes in the next screen
